Cancellation Policy

 

1. Appointment Reservation

A valid credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment time.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid incurring fees.

 

3. Late Cancellations or Rescheduling Fees (within 24 hours):

 

Injection Appointments or Aesthetic Procedures <$300:

- No Show/Cancellation: $25 non-refundable charge

- Rescheduling: $25 charge will be placed in the client's "wallet" and can be used towards the rescheduled service.

 

Injection Appointments or Aesthetic Procedures >$300:

- No Show/Cancellation: $100 non-refundable charge

- Rescheduling: $100 charge will be placed in the client's "wallet" and can be used towards the rescheduled service.

 

4. Utilizing Wallet Credits:

Credits in the client's "wallet" can only be applied towards the cost of a rescheduled service and are non-transferable.

 

5. Exceptions:

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the discretion of the Company.

 

6. Notification of Changes:

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their contact information to ensure proper communication regarding appointments.
